Shipping Policy

GutFit Ghee has partnered with reputed logistics providers to ensure that our products reach you in the best condition without any damages. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and thoroughly test their durability before shipping.

Shipping Charges: ₹99 for all orders below ₹699.

Delivery Process

• Once your order is processed, products undergo a quality check before packaging.

• After inspection, the products are packed and handed over to our logistics partners.

• Our delivery partners will attempt to reach you at the provided shipping address. If unavailable, they will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

• All products, including any free gifts, will be shipped to the address provided during checkout along with an invoice.
  

Packaging

• Each product is bubble-wrapped, and Tub Packed receive additional protection.

• Products are then packed in sturdy cardboard boxes before dispatch.

• GutFit Ghee takes full responsibility for any transit damages.
  

Shipping Locations

• We deliver across India to most pin codes.

• Availability may change based on our logistics partners.
  

  Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery time is shared at checkout based on your location.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

• Delivery takes 2-7 days, subject to location and unforeseen delays.

• GutFit Ghee strives to deliver on time but is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.

Note: Due to evolving situations, we reserve the right to pause deliveries if necessary.

Refund Policy – GutFit Ghee

At GutFit, we take pride in delivering pure, high-quality ghee. If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund—no questions asked.

Please note:

• Refunds are not applicable for opened or used jars.

• To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging.

• No refunds for taste preferences or natural ghee variations (color/texture).
